North Center Street Trail & Utilities Project
The N. Center Street Trail and Utility Upgrade Project has begun. It will continue throughout the summer and is anticipated to be completed in late fall 2025. Please follow all traffic and construction detours and closed signs.
*N. Center St. residents please note: Trash collection times will change to a 7am pick-up on Thursdays throughout the construction period. Please have your trash cans out before 7am to ensure that your trash will be picked up.*
The new 10″ water lines are being installed from 600 N. to Main St. The project is on schedule. This section of N. Center St. is closed to all through traffic, with access only for those residents who reside in this section.

North Center Street Trail Project: A new trail will be installed from Main Street to Burgi Lane on the east side of Center Street, preserving the open ditch. A 10” water line will be installed from Main Street to 600 North and Alfalfa Circle. The power lines will be buried from Main Street to 600 North, and a 1,000’ sewer line will be slip-lined near Burgi Lane.
