Midway City is the home to a wide variety of local business. From manufacturing to retail there is a vital and healthy business community in our city.
Business Licensing
Business licenses are good until December 31st, at which time you will need to renew your license.
Commercial Business License ApplicationNightly Rental Licensing
Home owners wishing to provide overnight rentals must meet the following criteria:
- Obtain a Midway City business license which must be renewed annually
- Register with a local property management company (list provided here)
- Rental property must be located in the Transient Rental Overlay District (TROD) of the City
- Rental properties located in the TROD and in any zone except the Resort Zone and the Commercial Zone must receive approval for a Conditional Use Permit
